Coconut Flour Brownies

I have made these brownies many times. I love them, my friends love them, now it is time to share that recipe with you and hope you like them too. They are rich, chocolaty, moist and healthy, plus gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any other milk you prefer
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 100 g dark chocolate 85% cocoa solids

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees/ 177 C
  2. Combine the coconut oil and cocoa powder in a small pan and melt.
  3. Combine the eggs, honey, vanilla bean paste, milk and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cut dark chocolate into small pieces with a large knife.
  5. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture.
  6. Add coconut flour and chocolate pieces and mix well.
  7. Line baking dish with parchment paper and pour batter into the dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Let it cool, slice and enjoy 🙂
