Dark chocolate peanut butter cups

I am sure all of you have seen peanut butter cups recipe on Instagram or Pinterest. Everybody likes to make them and I am no different. For this recipe you’ll need mini muffin tin and paper muffin tin liners. But you don’t have to use paper liners, because when chocolate cups are frozen, it is easy to get them out from muffin tin. They are easy to make and as you can probably imagine – ย very delicious ๐Ÿ™‚ I used one bar (100 g) of Green & Black’s dark chocolate for this recipe. I did not measure how much of other ingredients I was using. Just add as much peanut butter as you can fit in to tin or liner.

Ingredients

  • organic dark chocolate (Green & Black’s 85% cocoa)
  • natural peanut butter
  • goji berries
  • mulberries
  • cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Melt dark chocolate. Drizzle it on a bottom of paper mini muffin liner or muffin tin.
  2. Then place a bit of peanut butter in a middle and the rest of melted chocolate on a top of peanut butter
  3. Sprinkle goji berries, mulberries and cacao nibs on a top layer and press them in to chocolate a little.
  4. Put them in to the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Take them out from freezer and enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
