Grain free tartlet crust


This tartlet crust is gluten free, grain free, dairy free and sweetened with raw honey, what makes it refined sugar free. You can use different fillings for these tartlets, I filled them with lemon curd and topped with some blueberries and raspberries. Here is a link for lemon curd recipe



  • 1 1/2 cups of ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds or any other nuts/seeds you prefer
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbls raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • pinch of salt



  1. Preheat oven to 177 C
  2. Grease bottom and sides of a muffin pan or use silicone muffin pan.
  3. Combine all the crust ingredients into a bowl and mix well. You can use a food processor but don’t overwork the mixture.
  4. Press into the bottom and sides of each muffin tin mould.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes or till lightly browned.
  6. Let them cool and fill them with lemon curd or any other filling. Eat and enjoy 🙂
